Over the Mantel (OTM) Gallery opened in Columbia, South Carolina in 2014 and is therefore celebrating our 10-year anniversary in 2024 of offering original fine paintings to our community at reasonable prices. OTM was voted Best Art Studio - Julia Moore (2023), Best Local Art (2022, 2021, 2020 & 2019) and Best Art Gallery (2018) by Columbia Metropolitan Magazine readers.

OTM is owned by Julie Coffey and was founded by Contributing Artist Julia Moore. OTM represents over 30 Columbia-based artists, as well as a select few from the Southeast who have inspired our local art scene with their distinctive techniques.
